As part of St. Peter's Hospital Liver & Pancreas Center, Albany Liver and Pancreas Surgery utilizes the state-of-the-art surgical suites at St. Peter's Hospital. These suites enable advanced technologies to improve patient care. In addition to robotic, computer-assisted and image-guided surgical devices, the operating rooms at St. Peter's also feature large television screens where X-ray images are displayed during a procedure. St. Peter's provides state-of-the-art equipment to support surgeons, nurses and technical staff in the surgical suites.
